In January 2005, Andre became a partner and Vice President of the firm. Andre has been with the firm since 1988. His extensive experience includes the development of land use maps for condemnation for South Florida Water Management District court hearings as well as the development of a digital map and database for the City of West Palm Beach. In 2003, C. Andre Rayman, P.S.M. was promoted to Director of the Survey Department. On August 23, 2007 C. Andre Rayman was named president of Engenuity Group, Inc.

Developed base maps for Kissimmee River Restoration Project for SFWMD as well as a low pressure sanitary sewer system project for ENCON (Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District).
