In January 2005, Andre became a partner and Vice President of the firm. Andre has been with the firm since 1988. His extensive experience includes the development of land use maps for condemnation for South Florida Water Management District court hearings as well as the development of a digital map and database for the City of West Palm Beach. In 2003, C. Andre Rayman, P.S.M. was promoted to Director of the Survey Department. On August 23, 2007 C. Andre Rayman was named president of Engenuity Group, Inc.

Intergrated digital data from 10 different goverment agencies and developed maps for Due Diligence Proceedings for the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation land sale to WCI.
Developed a Land Use and Ownership Database and maps for Florida Crystals use in eminent domain hearings regarding South Florida Water Management District STA Lands.
Developed a digital map and intergrated an ownership database for Indian Trail Improvement District. Also developed a system for efficient Digital Data Management for roadway design for Indian Trail Improvement District's 5-Year Road Plan.
Developed GIS system for Town of Lake Clarke Shores by merging proprietary mapping with Palm Beach County ownership database.
Project Manager for the conversion of approximately 600 drawings to digital format. Developed GIS application to efficiently track progression of map conversion for Lake Worth Drainage District Canal System.
Right-of-way map preparation for various Palm Beach County projects, including West Atlantic Avenue, Belvedere Road (Phase I & II), Flavor Pict Road (Turnpike to Barwick), and Folsom Road (Okeechobee Blvd. to Southern Blvd.).
Site planning and horizontal layout for Palm Beach County Jail, Belle Glade Criminal Justice Center, Westchester Golf and Country Club, and Palm Beach Community College Housing Project.
Developed base maps for Kissimmee River Restoration Project for SFWMD as well as a low pressure sanitary sewer system project for ENCON (Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District).
