Recent projects completed by Ms. Tropepe include: Key West Golf Club, a 390 unit single family development on Stock Island; Hampton Fairways, 145 unit double zero lot line homes in the Resort at Indian Spring Golf Community; Crestwood Unit 3, a 198 unit single family subdivision in the Village of Royal Palm Beach; Carrabba's Italian Grill Restaurant in Boynton Beach; Palm Beach County Credit Union; Jupiter High School, Jupiter Elementary School and Barton Elementary School for The School District of Palm Beach County; and several water management plans for Indian Trail Improvement District (ITID). She has also managed the design of several park projects for ITID. One of these projects, Pines West Park, included six ball fields, a pavilion and on-site mitigation.
