Biography/Overview A project manager with the firm since 2003, Mr. Grandusky has coordinated with professional engineers in the design of various projects for Engenuity Group. Projects include commercial development, residential land development, institutional facilities, public works projects, wastewater collection and transmission, water distribution, marina permitting, digital terrain modeling, and surface water management. As an engineer training under the direction of licensed engineers he has performed calculations, obtained permit approvals, developed construction drawings, prepared construction cost estimates, prepared grant applications, performed existing infrastructure evaluations, performed municipal plan reviews, administered construction contracts and observed construction activities for compliance with construction contract documents.
