Project Description
Over the past 20 years Engenuity Group, Inc. has been the Town Engineer for the Town of Lake Clarke Shores. Some of the projects include a Town-wide Traffic Calming Plan, the preparation of a major public presentation of an analysis of sewering Lake Clarke Shores, Gravity vs. Low Pressure Sewer System vs. Vacuum System, Cost Analysis, prepared sketches, PowerPoint presentation and extensive questions and answers, for a Public Forum for over 300 residents. Yearly NPDES permitting, complete Town-wide storm drainage analysis; determine pipe sizes and system improvements revisions and Civil design responsibility for 3 parks within the Town limits.
