Mr. Rayman brings over 40 years’ experience to the firm including many port facilities, marine projects, large aerial surveys and other construction related surveys. Mr. Rayman is one of the original founders of the firm and is the head of our GIS department. He is a talented CAD Drafter and is an expert at collecting and analyzing data for GIS projects.
