Services consisted of a boundary survey, a topographic survey, site plan assistance, preparation of design documents, permit submittals, construction observation, and certification of completion.
The project consisted of expanding an existing commercial site parking lot, drive-through tellers and office space, and retro-fitting the existing drainage system. The 3-acre site is located in the SFWMD C-51 Basin and required special consideration of the compensating storage requirements for drainage during the permit-ting process at the SFWMD. An FDOT Drainage Permit was also required because the site’s drainage outfalls into a state road. Other permits and approvals were obtained from the LWDD and the Village of Palm Springs.
