Project Description
This project is currently under construction. Engenuity Group, Inc. was responsible for surveying, civil engineering, and permitting for the 2.86 acre commercial development. Palm Beach Plaza includes a Tire Kingdom, five (5) retail bays, and a two story office building. Our civil plans include a water district system, a wastewater collection system, a drainage system, grading, and paving.
