Project Description
The purpose of this project was to design a backbone roadway, drainage, water distribution, and wastewater collection system to serve several multi-use parcels that would be sold and developed by others. The first of these parcels to be sold was developed as a gas station/convenience store and fast food store which was also designed and permitted by Engenuity Group. Our services included topographic and utility survey, preparation of civil engineering plans, permit preparation and coordination, construction administration and inspection, and permit certification.
