Coconut Lane Right-of-Way and Alleyway Improvements

Project Description

This project includes the design of right-of-way improvements including curb and gutters, driveway culverts and swale regrading. The project also includes the design
of alleyway improvements involving yard inlets, piping, an outfall structure, and grading. Construction administration is also included. Homeowner consensus
building and field project management was also a part of Engenuity Group, Inc.’s responsibilities.
